They may have been working on the other side of the Atlantic back in the day, but those Italians sure managed to come up with grooves to rival the best indie work from the US -- lean, tight tracks that really sparkle with the hippest sort of approach to 80s groove! The cuts here were mostly never issued in the US, but they've got a really New York-friendly blend of bass, beats, and keyboards -- styles that run from warmer, jazzier 80s groove -- to some of the starker sounds of the early electro set.
